- Players that withdraw during a round will be taken out of all bets. Their team will be taken out of the team bet. Valid excuses only.
- Tee times will be randomly drawn then individual players moved to accommodate those riding in the same cart and those needing to play early or late.
- Two players can request to play in the same group within reason.
- You can choose your entire team for one day if it’s the week of your birthday.
- If you bank you can pick your 4-some the next time you play.
- Other than those two players we want to keep pairings random so the same groups aren’t together each week. Exceptions can be made for guests from out of town or other clubs.
Group Rules:
-
- Scorekeeping:
- We use Google Sheets for official scorekeeping. If you need access contact Wolf at [email protected]
- Keep the Google Sheets up to date during the round.
- Once the round is complete the scorekeeper verifies with his team that their scores, pig & greenies are correct. He then posts that in GroupMe. If not posted to GroupMe within 10 minutes after the last team finishes it’s the same as if they did. After posting to GroupMe:
- If it incorrectly costs the player money, there is no recourse.
- If it incorrectly wins the player money, they have to Venmo each player the amount they are due plus $1 per player.
- If it incorrectly costs another player money, they have to Venmo each player the amount they are due plus $1 per player.
- During posting, season play the ball down-down-down (fairway-rough-traps).
- No relief for footprints in bunkers.
- During January – February or when it’s cart path only the ball will be played up everywhere.
- When playing the ball up you can clean the ball and move it up to 24″ (same length of gimme putts below). No closer to the hole.
- The ball can be placed
- Penalty area there is no relief.
- When the ball is played up in the fairway only, the fringe/collar will be played down (even where it is between the green and the fairway)
- When taking relief from water in bunkers you can place the ball in a dry area of the bunker (dropping not required). If the ball can’t be placed in the bunker no closer to the hole the ball can be dropped outside of the bunker with no penalty.
